This Privacy Policy describes how aDIGITAL Connect Global (an initiative of aSTEAM Village Inc.) collects, uses, and protects information when you use this platform. We are committed to transparency, data minimization, and compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA, and U.S. regulations.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

We may collect: (a) information you voluntarily provide via contact or inquiry forms (name, organization, email, phone); (b) anonymized usage analytics (page visits, clicks, session duration) through our platform provider; (c) technical data such as browser type and IP address. We do NOT collect sensitive personal data, financial data, or Protected Health Information (PHI).

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely to: respond to inquiries and distributor applications; improve the platform experience; send relevant program updates (with your consent). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies required for the platform to function, and anonymized analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. Our cookie consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies before any tracking begins.

5. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Residents)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time. 6. International Users

This platform is accessible globally and may be used by visitors from jurisdictions with varying privacy laws including GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and others. We apply GDPR-standard protections as a baseline for all users regardless of location. Data is processed and stored in the United States.

7. FCC & Telecommunications Disclosure

aDIGITAL Connect Global markets telecommunications and unified communications services powered by third-party providers including Boomea. FCC-regulated services (voice, data) are governed by those providers' own regulatory filings, CPNI policies, and terms of service. This website is a marketing and community platform and is not itself a regulated telecommunications carrier.

8. HIPAA Notice

This platform does not collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Health and wellness content presented (e.g., La Familia Health & Wellness Center) is informational only. No patient data, medical records, or clinical information is handled through this platform.

9. Data Retention

Inquiry form submissions are retained for up to 24 months for business follow-up purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

10. Third-Party Embeds

This platform embeds third-party services including Vimeo (video), S.E.E.E. TV (streaming), and Unity WebGL (interactive kiosk). These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing: Vimeo Privacy Policy (vimeo.com/privacy), and the policies of any other embedded services you interact with.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This platform includes a Youth Portal for visitors under 13, gated by verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA. Before a youth user can access youth-safe content, a parent or guardian's email is collected and our BSGL Commissioner contacts the parent to confirm consent. No personal data from children is collected, used, or shared without verifiable parental consent. Youth users see only age-appropriate, youth-safe content; adult-only sections remain locked. Parents may request deletion of their child's data at any time via info@asteamvillage.org or through the in-app Account Deletion feature. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without consent, contact us immediately.

12. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and removes your profile, credentials, impact history, and franchise/team assignments. A two-step confirmation is required. On confirmation, your data is wiped from our servers, your local credentials are cleared, and you are signed out immediately.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

This platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate or enhance certain content, including live game commentary, real-time chat translation, and adaptive coaching taunts. AI-generated content is produced by automated language models and may not always be accurate. AI is not used to make automated decisions about you. Users are notified when interacting with AI-generated features. We do not use AI to collect or analyze sensitive personal data.

14. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

Features such as multiplayer game chat allow users to generate content. We require all users to follow our Community Guidelines: no harassment, hate speech, bullying, sexual content, or illegal activity. You can report or block any user's message in-app via the flag icon. Reported content is reviewed by our BSGL Commissioner and may be removed. Violators may be banned from chat features. We do not knowingly allow objectionable UGC and act on reports promptly.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date will be updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This platform is administered exclusively by authorized personnel. All access is logged and monitored. Unauthorized access attempts are a federal crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).
